Michigan Breastfeeding Law

"The Breastfeeding Anti-Discrimination Act, sponsored by state Sen. Rebekah Warren, gives women the right to nurse a child in any place that is open to the general public, including stores, restaurants and municipal buses" (http://www.mlive.com/lansing-news/index.ssf/2014/06/michigan_breastfeeding_anti-di.html ).  For more information please view Senate Bill 0674 attached below. 

Workplace Pumping Law

"The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) requires emplyers to (1) provide reasonable break time for an employee to express breast milk and to (2) provide a private place, other than a bathroom, which may be used by employee to express breast milk" (MIBFN).  For more information please view The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) attached below. 

Selling Breastmilk Law
